A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to initiate any website building project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and delivery of the website. Website setup fees are strictly non-refundable. We offer subscription-based services for ongoing website maintenance, Support, Automation services. A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any subscription services. Subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Project Scope and Revisions

The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a written proposal outlining the specific deliverables and timelines.A limited number of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

3. Content

You are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, videos, etc.) for your website project. We may offer content creation services for an additional fee.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) through methods specified by us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any outstanding balance.

In the event of termination, you will be responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. No refunds will be provided.
